Celebrity Halloween Costumes 2013

My Celebrity Halloween Costume roundup has become an annual favorite on this blog, and this year the costumes are ripe for the picking!! Celebrities have already been seen out and about this Halloween in a ridiculous range of costumes. One of the first to pop out for Halloween festivities was Sandra Bullock and her adorable son Louis. I collect Day of the Dead sugar skulls, so I love a good skeleton costume!

I would also like to add this isn’t the first time that Bullock has gotten all dressed up for Halloween with her son, how cute was she last year?!? Love them two!

Although for family Halloween photos, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka always, ALWAYS win. They have dressed up as a family every year, once as The Wizard of Oz, Peter Pan, and this year Alice and Wonderland. There is seriously nothing in the world cuter.

Paris Hilton dressed up like Miley Cyrus, which I am sure is going to be a huge costume this year. Meh. She opted for the bear suit look, while below, Joan Rivers went for the nude latex look.

George was my absolute favorite this year for Halloween, hands down!

I love the Fashion Police! This year I loved half of their costumes. Melissa Rivers went as Guilana Rancic, but I don’t think she really nailed it. Her Guilana hair is like Guiliana 2 years ago. Also Guiliana has some really specific mannerisms and phrases, but I just don’t think Melissa Rivers captured it. Her and Guiliana, who was dressed as Sofia Vergara looked nearly the same, which I think lost some of the comedy and made it confusing. Joan was pretty funny, but super over the top. Kelly Osbourne who dressed up EXACTLY like Christina Hendricks, could have been her identical twin, she was perfect! The absolute best, however, was George dressed as Lena Dunham at the Emmys. The faces he was making, combined with the stick figure sharpie tattoo on his back? I just about died.

Julianne Hough went as Crazy Eyes from Orange Is the New Black…buuuuutttttt she lost about a zillion points for painting her face black. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for people to understand that ‘black face’ is never okay. Honestly, the character of Crazy Eyes is so recognizable by the hair, why she felt the need to paint her face is BEYOND me. No idea. Not cool, Julianne!

Rachel Zoe and Roger Berman went as Sonny & Cher. I’m feeling her Cher, but he is one sad Sonny. You can do better than that, Roger! Even better though….

Was Rachel Zoe’s BFF makeup artist, Joey Maalouf as Rachel! I just about died when I saw this on Instagram. He is so spot on, and as her makeup artists, he obviously knows the look better than anyone. BANANAS. Joey Maalouf is shutting it down.

Fergie made a pretty faboosh Elvira. Her and Josh Duhamel are always so cute!

I do not own any of the rights to these images. None of these images are my own.

Also of note was Cindy Crawford as the famous guitarist, Slash. I love when beautiful women aren’t afraid to dress up in a non-slutty costume!

Matt Lauer had the best morning show costume by far as Pamela Andersen. I could not stop staring! I would have never guessed.

All of the Miley costumes….meh.

Predictably, Kelly and Michael were Miley and Robin….as well as Kim and Kanye, Sugarbear and Mama June, Jesse and Walt, and a trillion other costumes. Their show was a little…much…if you ask me.

Unfortunately I can’t find the Kimye couple pictures on GMA, but these are the other folks!

If you ask me, there were too many Mileys and not enough Kimyes. Good Morning America brought the Kimye action with Kim’s infamous Met Ball outfit. It was hilarious!

The morning shows always do it up. Lastly for Halloween celebs, we have Miley Cyrus as Lil’ Kim. I thought it was a good costume, I love a throwback pop culture reference.

Happy Halloween!
